The Great Halloween Escape

The Halloween Treat Box has been locked—and we need a team of clever detectives to crack the case! Participants will search for clues, solve puzzles, decode mysterious messages, complete challenges, and work together to discover the final combination.

Spooky and mysterious—but never scary! Younger detectives receive age-appropriate picture and movement clues while older participants tackle more challenging puzzles.

Little Scientists Academy (Ages 3–5)
Spark your child’s curiosity through hands-on STEM fun! Each 30-minute session encourages children to ask questions, make discoveries, and build confidence while having fun. Every week brings a new scientific adventure, and families will receive simple take-home activities to continue the learning together.

Messy Art (Ages 5–7)
Get ready to splatter, squish, and create! Messy Art invites kids to explore their creativity using paint, glue, clay, and other fun materials through hands-on art projects. This class focuses on process over perfection, encouraging imagination, sensory play, and self-expression in a fun, supportive environment—mess and allwhile creating their very own masterpiece.!  Why make the mess at home make it at the Y.

🥷 Ninja Challenge

Calling all ninjas! Run, jump, balance, crawl, and problem-solve through exciting ninja training challenges. Participants will work on agility, balance, strength, coordination, and teamwork before taking on the Ultimate Ninja Course. The challenge is about personal improvement, perseverance, and FUN!

What to Bring: Comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and a water bottle.

On Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 6:00pm-9:00pm, the Wapakoneta Family YMCA will host an Elementary Night Out!  Please join us for an awesome night of fun!  The doors open at 5:45 pm.  Your child will be put in. a rotational group to play MINUTE TO WIN IT GAMES, CRAFT, and Gym Games! . DRINKS & PIZZA will be provided.  We will clean up at 8:45pm and the students will depart at 9:00pm.  Students from all schools are welcome; They must be in Kindergarten- 4th grade.
