Certifications/Trainings
The Y offers BLS, First Aid, Child Abuse Recognition and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings.
Lifeguard certifications are offered throughout the year.
Some of these trainings are good for 2 years, others are annually.

Basic Life Support (CPR), AED and First Aid
Learning CPR, using an AED, Basic First Aid Skills and what to do if someone is choking.
